It is reported that 40% of all lift truck accidents involve a pedestrian. Which are causing or a likely to cause death or serious physical harm to the pedestrian. Then how to reduce lift truck accidents is a serious problem to be solved by most of the employers running warehouses.

Traditional fork truck warning systems consist of strobe lights or audible alarms, such as backup alarms. Both strobe lights and audible alarms are often ignored due to the conditioning of the warning system from day to day exposure.

Then the spot/arrow working light come out for enhancing the forklift safety.

Now we give our solution by developing AA95 & AA96 series forklift safety lamps, which can project a red/green/blue No-Go-Warning-Zone on the floor around a fork truck.

AA95 series arc line safety lamp is specially designed to mimic a smooth round edge at the back of the forklifts to alerts pedestrians and other vehicles of the forklifts approaching blind corners. It can be used together with AA96 series straight line safety lamp to project a warning zone on the floor at a safe working distance around the truck. The lights driven by high-intensity LED are so bright that they keep pedestrians safe from foot injuries and collisions from rear a swing.
